Got To Be There was Michael Jackson's very first solo album, released in January of 1972 when he was only 13 years old. The first single was the title track "Got To Be There" which was a Top 10 hit in both the U.S. and the U.K. while the second single "Rockin Robin'" made it to # 2 on both sides of the Atlantic. The album also includes covers of Bill Withers "Ain't No Sunshine" and the The Supreme's #1 hit single "Love Is Here and Now You're Gone."
