Freddie Hubbard Sky Dive on Vinyl LP! 

Freddie Hubbard's 1972 release, Sky Dive was his fourth for the powerhouse jazz label CTI. Hubbard is joined here by Keith Jarrett on electric piano, George Benson on guitar, and Billy Cobham on drums, among others, on a stunning set of complex tunes with the layered arrangements that CTI had become famous for in the '70s. Titles range from Hubbard's own "Povo" and "Sky Dive" to Bix Beiderbecke's "In A Mist" and a version of the theme to "The Godfather."
