Originally recorded on November 25-27, 1975 at London’s famous Kingsway Hall, this recording of Carmina Burana dates from the zenith of André Previn’s golden era at the helm of the London Symphony Orchestra and has been newly cut at EMI’s Abbey Road Studios from the original stereo EMI Master Tapes by the legendary EMI team of Christopher Bishop and Christopher Parker. Pressed on 180g audiophile vinyl and featuring the original album artwork.
