MellowHype, aka Los Angeles' OFWGKTA crew members Left Brain and Hodgy Beats, sign to Fat Possum for a hard release of BlackenedWhite. The album was originally featured on Odd Future's website and has since been remixed and remastered for a physical release on vinyl.

The album features the sinister flow of Hodgy Beats over the haunting beats and production of Left Brain. Also includes guest appearances from other Odd Future members such as Mike G, Tyler The Creator, Domo Genesis, Frank Ocean and Earl Sweatshirt.
