Forbidden Fruit is a 1961 Colpix album by 'The High Priestess of Soul', Nina Simone. The 10-track collection was her second for the label and includes a rendition of Oscar Brown's "Rags and Old Iron" as well as a tango version of "Just Say I Love Him" among others. The release was produced by Cal Lampley and features accompaniment by Chris White (bass), Bob Hamilton (drums) and Al Schackman (guitar).
