Ray Brown's masterpiece, Soular Energy was recorded in 1984, this has long been an audiophile favorite on compact disc.  Now utilizing a half-speed master cut by Stan Ricker and pressed on 180g virgin vinyl, it sounds better than ever!  As an added bonus for vinyl fans is the addition of three bonus tracks, including performances by Red Holloway, Emily Remler, Harry 'Sweets' Edison and Jeff Hamilton.  The four alternate takes were mixed in late 2002.
