Rush Time Machine 2011: Live In Cleveland on Blu-Ray

Rush (Geddy Lee, Alex Lifeson and Neil Peart) is without question one of the most inventive and compelling groups in rock history, equally famed for both its virtuoso musicianship and provocative songwriting. Time Machine 2011: Live In Cleveland is an evening with Rush performing their classics, providing a taste of the future, and featuring the legendary Moving Pictures album live in its entirety. This is the first Rush concert film shot in the US, and Cleveland was chosen as the location because it was the first city in the country to embrace Rush's music. WMMS DJ Donna Halper is widely credited for helping break the band in 1974 by playing "Working Man," which is included here.

Numerous concept videos will also be included on a bonus disc. One is a short film skit called Rash: The True Story of Rush which features band members portraying characters at a local deli. Geddy is the owner of the deli while Neil is a police officer customer and Alex comes in as a Slavic filmmaker keeping the audience laughing the whole time. During the skit, a band called Rash performs "The Spirit of Radio" polka style. After tampering with a "Gel-Filter" machine in the diner, Rash suddenly transforms from a polka band to a disco group, country trio and then suddenty the real Rush appears performing the song as it was intended. There's also a hilarious final video skit form the I Love You Man team featuring the band members along with the film stars Paul Rudd and Jason Segel that helps bring the crowd back down to earth after an orbit of over three hours in rock heaven.
