Groove Armada, best known for such hits as "I See You Baby" and "Superstylin'" decided to display a noticeably darker side on their appropriately titled 2010 album Dark Light. After gigging and touring the festival circuit in support of its release, the band had reworked the album to such a degree that they decided to dive back into the studio where they re-recorded the entire album and dubbed it White Light.

The result is not only a less heavy album, but also one full of songs that translate even better on the dancefloor. White Light, appearing on vinyl for the very first time, finds Groove Armada still lovingly inspired by the '80s Hi-NRG pop of Human League, Soft Cell and Bronski Beat while adding plenty of their own extra pizzazz in for good measure. The 9-song set also contains the Love Mix of album track "History" featuring Will Young. 180g audiophile pressing from Music On Vinyl.
