The Walkmen will release their third studio album, 'A Hundred Miles Off', via Record Collection on May 23rd. The follow up to 2004's critically acclaimed Bows & Arrows was recorded over the course of two years at the band's Marcata Studios in New York and at Inner Ear Studios near Washington, D.C. 'A Hundred Miles Off is without a doubt our most solid effort yet,' says singer/guitarist Hamilton Leithauser. After a few opening slots with Irish Legends The Pogues, a short upcoming N. American tour and a stop at Coachella, The Walkmen will tour the U.S. and U.K. in May, June and July in support of 'A Hundred Miles Off'.
