Monarchy's DIP Upsampler Makes Digital Sound Better! 

Housed inside a small black metal chassis, Monarchy's DIP Upsampler is the perfect antidote to bad sounding high-jitter digital audio. When placed between a digital source and a DAC, the DIP Upsampler cleans up the digital signal, taking the digital signal and boosting it from about 0.5V to around 5.0V, while reducing the number of timing errors (jitter), and re-clocking the digital signal. The DIP Upsampler then enhances the digital data stream by adding dither to the mix, thereby increasing the bit rate from 16 to 24 bits and upsampling the frequency from 44.1kHz to either 48kHz or 96kHz.  Our listening tests confirm the DIP Upsampler creates smoother, more refined digital playback with less grain and harshness.

The DIP Upsampler works great with any digital transport, like CD or DVD players, but also works wonders on the digital outputs of other sources like Sonos, Squeezebox, XM or Sirius Satellite Radio, Internet Radios etc.  The DIP Upsampler even works with the Wadia iTransport!
