VPI's SAMA replaces the stock motor on your VPI HW-19 for a HUGE upgrade! 

The SAMA (Stand Alone Motor Assembly) can be used on all HW-19s ever made.  Similar to the motor assembly used for the Scout, the SAMA replaces the stock HW-19 motor, providing better speed stability, lower noise and greater freedom from vibration. Weighing in at 14 pounds the SAMA is a heavy duty motor which sits under the subchasssis and will not hinder operation of the turntable.  SAMA does not touch the chassis at any point.

Note: You will have to remove the HW-19 motor (a simple matter) to use the SAMA.
