Originally released in 1966, The Who's second effort A Quick One showcases the growth of the band from their debut with more diverse and technical material contributed by each of the band members. Transferred by Chris Bellman at Bernie Grundman Mastering from the original mono master tapes (provided by the Who) on Classic Records' own pure mono cutting system which features a mono tape head, mono tube electronics, mono tube cutting amp and pure mono cutter head. To say Classic went over the top to bring us the best versions of "Boris the Spider," "Heat Wave" and "Cobwebs & Strange" among others would be an understatement. Here on Quiex SV-P vinyl.
