Foreigner's first new studio album in 15 years, Can't Slow Down features 13 muscular arena-rock tracks with punchy production by Marti Frederiksen (Aerosmith and Buckcherry) and celebrated Grammy-winning producer Mark Ronson (Amy Winehouse). The title track was written by Mick Jones, Kelly Hansen, and Frederiksen as a tribute to NASCAR. 

For those waiting for the behemoth 70s rock band to return to form, this is it. Vocalist Hansen sounds eerily alike longtime front man Lou Gramm, and the group's mastery of catchy riffs and hooks remains the same as it ever was. Power ballads, fist-pumping celebratory songs, beer-drinking anthems: They are all here. 

And everything sounds great on this 180g 2LP set, which blows the Wal-Mart-exclusive digital version to pieces. Rock on!
