A combination of 100 sheets of Carbon Fiber cloth is bonded with a proprietary epoxy to create a plate of material with incredible stiffness and excellent damping characteristics. This “plate” of pure Carbon Fiber is then cut on a bias (note the grain structure of the cone), for optimum absorption and dissipation of vibration.
