AESTHETIX/JANUS PREAMPLIFIER

The Janus is a 12-tube preamplifier combining the circuitry of the Calypso linestage with the Rhea phono preamp (see page 27). This amazing, full-function preamp is the answer if you want an incredible sounding, all-tube line stage and reference level phono preamplifier in one! All Aesthetix components are exceptionally built, beautifully finished, and deliver a musical presentation bettered only by Aesthetix’s own Signature Series of components (call for more information on the Callisto and Io Signature Series). All tubes are hand-selected and matched for low-noise and this preamplifier certainly is quiet for a piece of tube gear. All Saturn Series components weigh approximately 40 pounds and measure 4 3/8' High, 17 7/8' wide, and 18' deep. This preamp allows you to add the magic of tubes to your system without the hassles associated with tube power amplifiers; replacing expensive, short-lived power tubes and generating enough heat to keep the neighborhood warm all winter!
