A state-of-the-art dedicated interconnect designed for use with the finest cartridges and turntables. Since the best cartridges today have very low output, a reference phono interconnect must have high resolution to transmit low signal levels without loss of detail. In addition, and perhaps more important, this specialized cable must also have a very high signal-to-noise ratio to reduce hum and noise which destroys low level clarity and transparency. For this reason, Harmonic has engineered their Crystal Phono interconnect using proprietary Twin-Shield design and quad conductors of Bi-Metal filaments. By using two different shields (a braided outer shield with grounding pigtails and one aluminized Mylar shield adjacent to the conductors), the noise floor is vastly improved.

The Crystal Phono uses quad conductors, two 6N Single Crystal copper for bass impact and liquidity, combined with two Single Crystal 7N silver for enhanced detail and 'air.' This combination is unrivalled in it's ability to convey a complete sonic tapestry, allowing your expensive analog playback system to sound it's very best!
