When designing a phono preamp, one of the most important parts is the RIAA stage linearity. The GCPH's RIAA curve is perfectly flat to 1/100th of a dB! This stage is balanced from input to output. The best parts though, are a mono switch and an absolute phase switch! These features have been absent from most phono stages for much too long. Now it’s simple to adjust for an out-of-phase LP or to optimize all the mono LPs in your collection! The GCPH has gobs of loading and gain options, enough adjustability to satisfy any system requirements or cartridge matching.

As a surprise benefit to the Gain Cell technology, the GCPH features a lossless volume control to fine tune the output or, for those of you who are more ambitious, to use the GCPH as the only pre-amp in an analog only system.

Which brings us to the best part…the price! You'd expect to pay two or even three times this much for a feature set this complete and sound this good.  This is the best phono stage we've found at this price...Our highest recommendation!
