Considered the best budget turntable for over 25 years, Rega finally decided it was time to update the Planar 2. Now called the P2, Rega has taken the performance up a few notches! This new table is completely designed and built in the UK and includes the classic RB-250 tonearm, and a higher quality main bearing and sub-platter assembly.

What do you get for the extra money over the Rega P1? Better speed stability which helps this turntable get across the musical message the artist intended. You’ll also hear better control of the deep bass notes and a lower noise floor, adding a bit of extra detail retrieval from any LP.
