The veteran guitar master hit Grammy pay dirt with his killer album from 1999. Alternating between traditional Santana numbers and polished contemporary collaborations, this was a tremendous triumph. Filled with special guests including Dave Matthews, Everlast, Rob Thomas (Matchbox 20), Lauryn Hill, Eagle-Eye Cherry and Eric Clapton who all add their own flavors, but none overpower Santana himself.
