One of the greatest, must-hear live recordings of all time, combining improvisational rock, jazz, and blues musicianship at its peak. The Allman Brother Band’s legendary 1971 Fillmore East concert is the epitome of what a jamming rock band can do. Duane Allman and the entire Allman Bros. Band were captured at the peak of their prowess and this is one of those rare instances where live recording quality equals a performance of this magnitude.
