The first title in the upcoming series is Chrome Dreams II, Neil’s latest album, cut from the original analog master tapes. Recorded using all-analog gear, Chrome Dreams II is Mr. Young’s finest work in years. With Crazy Horse drummer Ralph Molina, pedal steel player Ben Keith, and Rick Rosas on bass, Chrome Dreams II delivers both country-tinged heartbreakers and smoking rockers filled with Neil’s instantly recognizable lead guitar. Pressed on two slabs of 180g virgin vinyl.

Enjoying one of the most prolific periods of his phenomenally prolific career, Neil Young (sans Crazy Horse) delivers Chrome Dreams II. Hard but shiny, acoustic but also electric, Chrome Dreams II continues the new millennium resurgence in popularity for one of the greatest  singer-songwriters in rock history. Two of the tracks are epics, clocking in at 18:30 and 13:00. Young’s current backing band on the record includes Crazy Horse drummer Ralph Molina, bassist Rick Rosas and pedal steel guitarist Ben Keith. The Blue Note Horns are on one track and a children’s choir is on another.
