Musical Fidelity X-CANv8 is a HUGE Upgrade and now features an internal USB DAC!

The new Musical Fidelity X-CANv8 Integrated Tube Headphone Amp is a huge improvement over the older “v3” version. Great attention has been paid to internal layout, isolating each circuit section to prevent possible interaction. The X-CANv8 features Musical Fidelity’s highly refined ECC88 (69922) Dual Triode Tube Amplifier circuit coupled with a new low-output impedance driver stage to improve current delivery and dynamics to lower impedance headphones.

Now two headphone input jacks are provided so it is possible to share your musical experience with a close friend! The Tube Stage delivers that natural musicality that all music lovers crave, yet there is no noise and no loss of extension at the frequency extremes. The X-CANv8 will drive any set of headphones to the most satisfying levels.

A USB Digital Computer Input is also provided for listening to computer-based music collections. This interfaces easily with most PC/MAC computers without additional drivers. This internal DAC will only work with computer USB outputs, but makes a huge increase in sound quality vs. your computer’s analog outputs!
