Select Length and Termination (RCA or XLR) from the drop-down menu at left.

AudioQuest Cheetah’s PSS silver conductors are combined with Teflon air-tubes to give it warmth unheard of in silver cables while retaining the speed, agility and extension for which silver is known! If you haven’t heard a silver cable you liked, you owe it to yourself to hear this cable! We HIGHLY recommend Cheetah!

Dielectric-Bias System (DBS for short) is a quantum leap forward in cable design! Although much greater technical information is available on the Audioquest web site, here is the technology in a nutshell. Audioquest’s Bill Low found that when the Dielectric (the conductor’s insulation) was saturated with a high voltage charge, the cables sounded tremendously better. Interestingly enough, this could be accomplished with negligible current draw. In fact, a tiny 12Volt battery was enough to charge the dielectric and produce noticeable sonic improvement, yet pulled no more power out of the battery than if it was sitting on a shelf! As Bill was tinkering with the shield, he discovered another ingenious use for the battery. By attaching the negative pole of the battery to the foil shield on the cable and nothing else, Bill discovered that the noise floor of the cable dropped immensely! It turns out that the battery acts as a Black Hole for EMI and RFI that hit the shield, basically, those electrical interferences don’t ever make it to the conductors; hence they cannot affect the delicate musical signals that the cable conveys! Originally, Bill thought that 12V would be enough voltage, since it would be enormously higher than the music being conducted by the cable.  However, after experimenting with multiple batteries, Bill discovered that 24V made a difference and 36V made even more!  All DBS cables now ship with at least 36V, however, you can add as much voltage as you like by purchasing the DBS Turbo Kits.  You'll hear the improvement with every additional kit!

Add these enormous advancements to Audioquest’s noise reducing Triple-Balanced geometry and their patented Welded Plugs that eliminate distortions between the conductors and the connectors and you get an absolutely staggering improvement over any cable on the market! You don’t have to believe us, while your system is playing, simply unplug the little DBS jack on your cables and take a listen. You will be astounded how much of a difference having the DBS engaged makes!

Now, we know that some of you are concerned about the longevity of a battery that provides this much benefit, but don’t fret. The battery in the DBS packs will last up to 5 years and even more reassuringly is a standard size “A23” (Same as most garage door openers) and can be found at any Radio Shack, pharmacy or hardware store, usually for less than only a few dollars a piece! However, if you are the sort to monitor battery usage, each DBS pack has a built-in battery tester with a Green LED. Press the button, if the LED glows, you’ve got power! Press it too often and you'll need new batteries.  You have got to try these new AudioQuest cables, once you do, you won’t be able to listen to any other cable!
