James Brown In The Jungle Groove on 180g LP 

In the Jungle Groove was the first James Brown reissue to provide full-length and unedited versions of his classic funk vamps of the late-'60s and early '70s. The original nine-track set featured the hippest sampled hits and extended DJ b-boy grooves, especially “Funky Drummer,” the most widely heard JB snippet in hip-hop and pop.Super-funky and hard-edged, In the Jungle Groove also included the unreleased “I Got To Move.”

This new, remastered edition recreates the original album lineup with a key bonus track: a freshly mixed, extended version of “Blind Man Can See It,” another heavily-sampled track from the early ’70s that first appeared only as a two-minute LP track.

Reissued here on 180g vinyl from Universal Records.
