Over a year and half in development, Premium Record Cleaner Formula No. 15, or Formula 15 for short, is a combination of newly developed synthesized enzyme components and lab-grade detergents.  Formula 15 is designed to be used as a pre-treatment quickly and easily chewing up release compounds, tar, nicotine, and all the other gunk that seems to accumulate on records.  In fact, in most cases using Formula 15 just a few minutes prior to doing a full 3-Step cleaning will remove just about anything that is soluble very quickly, with minimum effort.

Formula 15 is a pre-cleaner, not a full record cleaning system; it is designed to remove the majority of the grunge in preparation for a more thorough cleaning.  Formula 15 MUST be followed up with another cleaner or be rinsed off as it may leave a residue.  For those who don't have the time to do a full cleaning, using Audio Intelligent's Ultra-Pure Water Rinse as a follow up works surprisingly well!
