We couldn’t agree more with Sam’s assessment of this absolutely jaw-dropping speaker. The 1027 Be might be the perfect floorstanding speaker. Easy to drive, easy on the ears and easy on the eyes, the 1027 Be is the first speaker to engender true “equipment lust” from virtually every Music Direct employee.

Large enough to deliver deep tight bass, but compact enough to not overpower a room, the 1027 Be brings back the joy of listening to music. The 1027 Be throws an incredibly detailed image, with very deep imaging and excellent definition of the soundstage. However, the 1027 Be also offers deep extension into the lower frequencies, with greater power and dynamic range than any speaker this size should be able to muster. Overall tonal balance is so smooth, extended and life-like; one could spend a lifetime listening to these speakers and never tire of how enthralling music is through the 1027 Be.
