Integrated Amp
The iDecco's primary function is that of a fabulously over-qualified integrated amp, with a big powerful MosFET amp and a glorious tube preamp section. The powerful 70WPC amp drives most speakers with ease and the tube preamp gives every recording the golden glow that tubes are known for.  Other than digital inputs and the iPod input, the iDecco has a single analog input to which a tuner, a phono preamp or any other analog source can be connected.

D/A Converter
The heart of the iDecco -and what takes the iPod and other digital sources to a new performance level- is a state-of-the-art ESS 9006 Sabre DAC. This DAC is the result of two years development and many hours of critical listening, an extremely musical yet highly detailed DAC.  There are three digital inputs on the iDecco; Tos-link, Coax and USB. Connect a Wadia iTransport, your computer, an Apple TV, or a Sonos music server to your system digitally with the iDecco.  Even if you already own a great system, the iDecco includes a line-out section allowing it to be connected to a higher-end system.

iPod Dock
The Peachtree Audio iDecco takes the digital signal from an iPod and feeds it directly to its onboard  DAC. The music then travels through a Class-A tube preamp to a high-current 40WPC MOSFET amplifier, for a deliciously rich golden sound.

Tube Preamp
The iDecco's preamp section employs a Class-A tube stage for a high level of detail that warming up your digital music. There's even an extra input for your phonostage or other analog input. The iDecco covers all the bases, it sounds great with power and finesse.

Headphone Amp
We don't really expect anyone to buy the iDecco just for use with headphones, but even if you find yourself listening to headphones more and more, the iDecco sounds great with most headphones.  Featuring the same awesome headphone amp built into the Nova, the iDecco sounds great!
