Bowers & Wilkins Outdoor Loudspeakers Let You Take High-End Sound to the Pool, Patio, Porch, and More: Weather-Resistant AM-1 Feature Brackets, 220-Degree Rotation, More
Neither sun nor rain nor snow stand in the way of fantastic outdoor sound with the ultra-durable Bowers & Wilkins AM-1 outdoor speakers. Ideal for use around a pool, near a garden, or on a deck, patio, porch, or built-in fire pit, the weather-resistant AM-1 lets you take high-end sonics with you outside. The weather resistant AM-1s feature east-to-install brackets with a 220-degree rotation complete with built-in terminals for vertical or horizontal mounting. The flexible two-way design pairs a tough, compact form factor with audiophile-grade components.
Featuring a one-inch Nautilus tube-loaded aluminum dome tweeter, five-inch glass-fiber cone bass/midrange driver, and rear-facing Auxiliary Bass Radiator (ABR), AM-1 plays with a smoothness, clarity, and dynamic central to all Bowers & Wilkins speakers. Yet AM-1 differ from its peers in several key areas – particularly in that the tweeter is located beneath the woofer, a setup that results in exceptional dispersion from an overhead mounting position. In addition, the inverted array comes housed in a sturdy, sealed enclosure with a rust-proof aluminum grille to shut out rain and drips. Even better, each AM-1 can rotate 220 degrees so you can direct it where you want.
With AM-1, the great outdoors just got even greater.
