No Receiver Needed: Versatile Klipsch The Fives Powered Loudspeakers Directly Connect to Your TV, Computer, or Turntable and Feature HDMI ARC, High-Res Decoding, Multiple Inputs

Providing reference-setting versatility and all-in-one convenience, Klipsch The Fives powered bookshelf loudspeakers give you practically every connection under the sun — HDMI ARC, aptX Bluetooth, phono/line analog, 3.5mm analog mini-jack, optical digital, and USB digital — to let you use them in almost any setup imaginable. Engineered to dramatically upgrade your experience while watching movies, television shows, and sporting events — as well as listening to music — The Fives are the first powered monitors on the market that directly connect to your TV for discrete, high-resolution, two-channel sound. An onboard phono preamplifier for direct hookup to a turntable and a subwoofer output for possible expansion add to the mind-boggling flexibility. With The Fives, you don't need a receiver. These plug-and-play marvels require just a single cable to connect to your TV, computer, or 'table.

Recognizing that a majority of media gets mastered for the left and right sides, not just a center area, The Fives provide a proper expansive soundstage that goes far wider than that of any soundbar. To do so, these 12 x 6.5 x 9.25-inch (HWD) marvels incorporate a one-inch titanium LTS vented tweeter with 90 x 90 Tractrix horn and 4.5-inch high-excursion long-throw cone woofer. Ultra-low-noise amplifiers, bi-amped architecture, and rear-firing Tractrix ports further the performance potential. Ditto 24-bit/192kHz decoding for high-res audio tracks and the presence of defeatable dynamic bass EQ.

True to Klipsch tradition, The Fives also look the part. Hand-crafted wood cabinets augment magnetic removable grilles with textured woven cloths to convey a timeless aesthetic. As for ease of use? Just incredible. Tactile, metal switches and knobs atop the right speaker give you easy control of source selectivity and volume. Better still, The Fives can interface with your smartphone via Bluetooth.

In the event you need more, Klipsch supplies a remote control — along with batteries, a power cable, HDMI cable, USB cable, and speaker cable. And in the rare chance you feel The Fives don't live up to their billing, our 100% Music Direct Satisfaction Guarantee has your back.

"The Fives are an audiophile's dream packed in a soundbar killer. Not only will they outperform a single soundbar solution, but they'll give multi-speaker soundbar systems a run for their money. If you care about this quality of your home theater sound, their $799 asking price is fair. The Fives slay in every situation."
Digital Trends

"The Fives from Klipsch look and sound fantastic, with far more connectivity options than your standard pair of bookshelf speakers."
PC Magazine, Editors' Choice

"If you're looking for a versatile speaker system that's compact and reasonably priced, the Fives deserve a serious look. They're impeccably built, look great, and will deliver pleasing sound with rich, powerful bass in almost any audio setup."
