The follow up to 2014's widely acclaimed self-titled album, Death Peak sees Clark weave together the various threads of his extensive work, intertwining euphoric melodies and visceral rhythms of warehouse rave with newer vocal and choral elements. "I had the title Death Peak since August 2016, unusual for me," he explains. "It felt so right. It's a mountain that you climb that starts in earnest like a nice springtime day with meadows and butterfly, and ends with you on top of this peak, surveying the broken images of everything below." Clark is a polymath amongst his peers; alongside turning out dance floor wreckers such as the 2016s "Shadow Banger," he also scored the BAFTA nominated Sky series The Last Panthers.
