Mastered by Joe Reagoso and Heart's Nancy Wilson at Capitol Studios in Hollywood, CA & Manufactured at RTI
Fronted by Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductees Ann and Nancy Wilson, Heart has released classic, raw, rock & roll hits for more than four decades. As the only sisters in rock who write their own music and play their own instruments, the Wilson's have always stood apart - certainly from their male counterparts - but also from their female peers. By refusing to let themselves and their music be defined by their gender, and by never allowing their sexuality to overshadow their talent, Heart has made their mark, and in the process paved the way for many of today's female artists.
After exploding onto the scene with classic releases like Dreamboat Annie, Little Queen and Dog And Butterfly and signature songs like "Crazy On You," "Magic Man," and "Barracuda," Heart was on a serious roll and kicked off the '80s with the diverse album Bebe Le Strange. The group's first without guitarist Roger Fisher, the gold certified effort finds the duo displaying their musical range like never before and offering up striking ballads ("Silver Wheels"), rousing rockers ("Even It Up"), melodic blues ("Down on Me"), and lighter fare ("Raised on You," "Sweet Darlin"), all with aplomb.
