Experimental soul musician Jon Bap's latest genre-hopping full-length album, Yesterday's Homily, is a sonic exploration of free jazz, jazz fusion, funk, and more, as Bap looks at the duality of life with a fearless optimism. "From the frantic rhythms and abstract drumming on ‘The Interdependence of Everything,' to the Michael Jackson Jam-era grooves on 'Queen Chimera Pt.1,' the diversity in the sonic landscape of this album makes it dynamic and interesting to listen to," writes In Search of Media. "The second half of the project is filled with futuristic, off-kilter and bizarre grooves." Produced, mixed and mastered by Jon Bap with album art by Ríss Meesh.
