Richter also tackles the composer's 6 Préludes here with equal acclaim. International Piano (London) wrote that the historic recording exhibited, "...the most amazing piano playing. The clarity of it is stunning...I'd never heard anything like that before - an amazing range of colour and orchestral effects."
