After having released the critically acclaimed album It's Love via Cascine in 2015 Swedish pop act The Legends (aka Johan Angergård also of Djustin, Club 8 and Acid House Kings) return to Labrador with lazy space-funk, electro and retro-futuristic pop on the electronic pop masterpiece Nightshift. Although they may play music that can't really be placed in a genre, they're happy to agree on Television Personalities, Comet Gain, Motown and C-86 as inspiration. Angergård exclaims, "I love Futurism. I love the dynamism of modern technology. I love the endless possibilities...Nightshift might be a night album, but it's lit up by neon." Home to the the evocative singles "Cash," "Cocaine," "Summer In The City (Living Is For Somebody Else)" and their cover of Chainsmokers' "Roses."
