For All Kings is already being hailed as a classic and one of Anthrax's finest in their remarkable 35 year career. Now the album is being issued as a very special 10 x 7" vinyl box set with removable lenticular cover which includes the For All Kings album in full plus demo recordings and newly recorded covers of The White Stripes ("Black Math") and Kansas ("Carry On"). Each 7" disc features beautiful double-sided four-color artwork designed by Douglas Heusser with additional art by Stephen Thompson, as well as band photos by Jimmy Hubbard.
"Doing a box set edition of 'For All Kings' was something that we've always wanted to do," said drummer Charlie Benante. "We wanted to do something special, something that was so much more than the original release, and have it be fun for our audience when they open it up, just be floored by the different colored vinyl, the artwork, everything that's inside. And we think we've done that."
For All Kings is Anthrax's first studio album in over three years following their 2011 Grammy-nominated effort Worship Music. Jay Ruston, who first worked with the band on the final stages of Worship Music, was enlisted as producer for the new album. The group brings it all together once again to create what can only be described as Anthrax music.
