Blackfoot Marauder on Limited Edition 180g LP
In the pantheon of Southern rock bands, Blackfoot was not only one of the most exciting but also one of the most consistent. By this point in their career the group were reaping the rewards of over ten years of dedicated work. Released in 1981, Marauder was the band's fifth album overall and is generally regarded as the last truly great Blackfoot studio effort. Produced by manager Al Nalli and Henry ‘H-Bomb' Weck, the sound is tight but loose, allowing the songs to amplify their southern rock linage to the max. Packed with essential tracks, including the rampaging "Good Morning" and "Dry County," the anthemic "Payin' For It," the reflective ballad "Diary Of A Working Man" and the epic "Searchin."
