This unique album collection contains 16 classic blues songs from the 1920s and 1930s including the title track "Devil Got My Woman" by Skip James plus 15 additional numbers by such additional great blues singers as Charley Patton, Blind Lemon Jefferson, Willie Brown, Blind Blake and Ma Rainey among many others. All tracks have been newly re-mastered from the finest copies of the original 78 rpm records and 12 of the 16 songs have their original artwork elements included in an accompanying insert. Reissued on 180 gram vinyl courtesy of Hi Horse Records.
