Johnny Osbourne Never Stop Fighting on LP
Before leaving the Sensations, one of Jamaica's legendary rock steady vocal groups, to continue his singing career as a soloist, Johnny Osbourne had already proved himself to be a star. Such classic songs, made famous by the Sensations, like "Those Guys," "Baby Love," "Warrior" and "I'll Never Fall in Love," among others, most of which were written by Johnny, are prime examples as to why he has been rated as one of Jamaica's finest songsters. In 1980 the in-demand vocalist teamed up with producer Henry "Junjo" Lawes and the Roots Radics for the highly regarded Fally Lover. With Lawes and the Radics in tow once again, Osbourne followed it up with 1982's love themed Never Stop Fighting, an outstanding collection which builds on its predecessor with the fine-tuned deep roots classics "Give A Little Love," "Curly Locks Girl."
