Veteran Boston, MA rock act Junius, described by Rolling Stone as, "a perfect hybrid of Neurosis and the Smiths," returns on Prosthetic Records with Eternal Rituals for the Accretion of Light, their first since 2014's Days of the Fallen Sun. Inspired by Elisabeth Haich‘s autobiography Initiation and its themes of karma, reincarnation and spiritual development, the album was recorded, mixed, and mastered by Will Benoit and serves as the group's first sans longtime guitarist Michael Repasch-Nieves. Vocalist/guitarist Joseph E. Martinez performs all of the instruments here except drums which were performed by Dana Filloon. Eternal Rituals for the Accretion of Light also features guest appearances by Circle Takes The Square's Drew Speziale and General Public's Gian Minardi. Gatefold single LP diecut cover with metallic gold lettering.
