After collaborating with step brother Dr. Dre on his 1992 masterpiece The Chronic, one of the most successful hip-hop albums of all time, Long Beach, CA rapper/producer Warren G became a man in demand. Signing with Def Jam, he then created what is undoubtedly another classic of the genre with his 1994 debut, Regulate...G Funk Era. With its omnipresent title cut single featuring Nate Dogg, Top 10 counterpart "This D.J." and constant MTV airplay, Regulate went on to sell more than 10 million copies worldwide and scored multiple Grammy Award nominations along the way. In celebration of Def Jam's 30th Anniversary UMe will be releasing a 20th anniversary double-vinyl version of Regulate...G Funk Era complete with a bonus 12” featuring remixes of "Regulate" by Destructo/Wax Motif and Photek.
