Bellari BA525 Tube Buffer
Full Details
Put the All-Analog Bellari BA525 Tube Buffer Between a DAC or CD Player and Your Amplifier: Hear Improvements in Richness, Smoothness, Airiness, Soundstaging, and More
Inject warmth, richness, and character into your digital playback experiences with the Bellari BA525 tube buffer. Hand-built in the U.S.A., this classy two-pound device provides smooth and natural tones commonly associated with analog. You’ll enjoy improvements in silky highs, tight bass, and full-bodied energy with BA525 — particularly if you notice your current setup seems flat or sharp.
Designed to work in conjunction with your DAC or CD player, BA525 softens harsh edges, breathes air into the soundstage, and presents music in a pleasingly organic fashion. Just insert it in your chain between your DAC and amplifier or preamplifier; stereo input jacks on the rear connect to your DAC and the output jacks connect to your preamp or amp. On the front, you get a switch for active and true bypass and a hard-wired power switch. Simple and easy.
Featuring two 12AX7 tubes operating at 150 volts, BA525 feeds the input signal directly to the grid of each tube. Its pure analog design contains no feedback circuitry or integrated circuits in the path, contributing to its clean sonics. Another benefit: On average, if you use BA525 a few times a week, the tubes should last more than 20 years.
