Comprised of glass fiber-reinforced co-polymer, the 51.41 x 21.31mm (LW) SH-2 Black marries lightweight construction with exceptional rigidity. It proves very resistive to external vibrations, while its non-conductive build helps prevent ground loops. You'll also notice that the color-coded, remounted lead wires feature gold-plated connectors for optimal signal transmission.
