Devised to seamlessly integrate with the Chord Electronics Suzi Pre, Hugo 2, and/or 2go, the Suzi modular power amplifier gives music lovers who want fantastic sound without having to sacrifice a large chunk of real estate to components in their room. Engineered by John Franks and built in-house in England, the ultra-compact Suzi relies on the company’s innovative ULTIMA technology to provide 30Wpc of clean power that helps reproduce music with involving richness, detail, scale, and presence.
You can use Suzi in three primary ways: as part of an analog pre/power amplifier setup (with a Suzi Pre); as a DAC/amplifier combo (with a Hugo 2) as well as one with streaming capability (with Hugo 2 and 2go); and as a standalone amplifier. Two RCA inputs, one pair of banana sockets, and a DC jack for power keep the layout simple and purpose-focused. With a signal-to-noise ratio of -116dB and THD of just 0.01%, Suzi offers the kind of performance audiophiles demand — without the bulky proportions.
