Intervention Records is thrilled to reissue Billy Squier's triple platinum 1981 guitar rock classic, Don't Say No in a brilliantly remastered artist-approved Hybrid SACD edition. Peaking at No. 5 and lingering on the Billboard Charts for over two years, the classic rock linchpin catapulted Squier's career to new heights. His live shows became arena rock sensations and four tracks from the album became radio staples and are still in heavy rotation today including "In the Dark," "The Stroke," "My Kind of Lover" and "Lonely is the Night." Don't Say No was mastered direct-to-DSD from the original master tapes by Kevin Gray at Cohearent Audio. Gray's remastering is revelatory in opening the soundstage up to massive proportions while providing superior 3D imaging and musical microdetail. The original artwork has also been restored by IR's Tom Vadakan.
