3rd Bass' 1989 Debut Studio Album The Cactus Album on 2LP.

3rd Bass released their debut, The Cactus Album, on Def Jam Recordings in 1989. It reached #55 on the Billboard 200 and features the hit singles, “The Gas Face (feat. Zev Love X),” “Brooklyn-Queens” and “Steppin’ to the A.M.” 2 LP set on standard black vinyl.

3rd Base is a hip-hop group from the late 1980s and early 1990s, known for their contributions to the golden era of hip-hop. The group consists of MC Serch (Michael Berrin), Pete Nice (Pete Nash), and DJ Richie Rich (Richard Lawson). They gained popularity for their witty lyrics and socially conscious themes, often addressing issues like racism and cultural appropriation in hip-hop.
