As one of the last bands standing after the grunge wave in the ‘90s, Creed's unabashed rock sold millions of albums worldwide and solidified them as one of the decade's most successful bands. In 1997, the group recorded their debut My Own Prison beginning an epic string of albums which earned Creed multiple spots on various Billboard charts, the rare RIAA Diamond certification for selling a staggering 11 million albums of 1999 follow-up Human Clay and a Grammy for Best Rock Song (2001's "With Arms Wide Open"). Produced by John Kurzweg, fellow hit singles from the band's high water mark came in the form of "Higher," "What If" and "Are You Ready?"
