International superstar Mariah Carey continues the celebration of her 30th Anniversary (#MC30) as a recording artist with the release of 16 commemorative 12″ vinyl editions of albums from her groundbreaking catalog originally issued on Columbia/Legacy and Universal Music Group. The releases will begin in October 2020 and continue into January 2021. Back on vinyl, 2005's The Emancipation Of Mimi became Carey's highest-selling release in the US in a decade and earned the singer a whopping ten Grammy Award nominations. More of a party record leaning towards dance-oriented and uptempo styles, the 6x Platinum effort features collaborations with Jermaine Dupri, Snoop Dogg, Twista, Nelly and Pharrell Williams and produced seven singles including the hits "It's Like That" and "We Belong Together." This 15th anniversary edition also includes four new bonus tracks.
