Originally released in 1991, Skid Row's smash second album, Slave to the Grind, was the first heavy metal album to debut at #1 on the U.S. Billboard Top 200.  It features the classic tracks "Monkey Business," "Slave to the Grind," and "Wasted Time."

Skid Row is an American heavy metal band, formed in 1986 in Toms River, New Jersey. The group was commercially successful in the late 1980s and early 1990s, with its first two albums Skid Row (1989) and Slave to the Grind (1991) certified multi-platinum.
