Ace Frehley burst onto the hard rock music scene in 1973 as co-founder and lead guitarist with Kiss, who became one of the biggest rock groups of all time. After many successful albums and concert tours, he went solo in 1982 and maintained a very active and historic recording career.
1989 saw the release of his stellar Trouble Walkin’ album which features a plethora of hard rock anthems like “2 Young 2 Die” “Five Card Stud” a Kiss revisit with “Hide Your Heart” as well as the stunning title track “Trouble Walkin’. ”
The Trouble Walkin' album continues to be championed by the fans thanks to even more hard rock and metal radio favorites like “Shot Full Of Rock” “Lost In Limbo” the masterful instrumental “Fractured III” and a brilliant ELO/The Move reading of the smash hit “Do Ya” all of which make Trouble Walkin' one of the more important hard rock albums of the late 80’s.
For this release, the Frehley’s Comet band consisted of the legendary Ace Frehley on lead guitar/vocals, Anton Fig (Mick Jagger/Paul Simon) on drums, John Reagan (Peter Frampton) on bass/vocals and Richie Scarlet (Sebastian Bach/Mountain) handling 2nd guitar.
Mastered by Joe Reagoso from the Atlantic Records tapes, this reissue is housed in a gatefold jacket.
