1 singular legacy.

We know the songs. Heck, we know ALL the songs. Eight inescapable mainstays blasting on rock radio for decades. Fifty years later, Boston's debut album still feels impossibly huge, full of a singular power that's the result of its surprising contradictions. It's anthemic yet melodic. It's bombastic yet easy going. It's free-spirited party rock that's fastidiously constructed.

Before Boston, rock and roll sounded smaller, bluesier: made for clubs, not stadiums. Tom Scholz's uncompromising vision, which he relentlessly pursued, basically invented arena rock. The album's nearly incalculable influence is still inspiring over half a century later.

For its golden anniversary, Tom Scholz worked directly with Impex to create the very definitive edition of one of rock's most monumental statements!
